Joshua Rosenbaum

Joshua Rosenbaum has been an extremely successful and reputable luxury custom home builder in the Hammock Beach area for the past 20 years. Josh earned his Doctorate degree in Podiatric Medicine. Instead of pursuing a career in medicine, Josh joined his family construction business and since then he has applied his meticulous approach to designing and building custom, luxury homes on the coast.

Hammock Construction was founded with the goal in mind of offering customers a personalized, boutique approach. Josh’s intention, as a true custom home builder, is to understand the client’s vision and deliver a high-quality, luxury home with impeccable attention to design and detail. Josh’s approach is to limit the number of projects he commits to at one time, so he can focus on his clients, and ensure that their dream projects receive the attention and focus they deserve.

When Josh isn’t busy working on custom dream projects for Hammock Construction, he spends his time mastering the art of pizza making in his outdoor pizza oven, boating, or hiking the beach with his wife and three dogs.
